How do I schedule an appointment?

Yes. We work with many insurance providers. Contact our office before your visit, and we’ll be happy to verify your benefits and answer coverage questions.
Can I change or reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely. If you need to reschedule, simply call our office as soon as possible, and we’ll help you find another convenient appointment time.
What should I bring to my child's appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, any referral paperwork (if required), previous medical records related to your child’s condition, and a list of current medications.
How long will my child's visit take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service being provided. Your first visit may take a little longer to allow time for evaluation, discussion, and developing a personalized treatment plan.
